I decided to try something new and take a sculpture class. My friend is teaching it and we started yesterday. The assignment was to make a witch and I didn't know if I would like sculpture, but I love it! She is going to be Baba Yaga and I am making her house with chicken feet as well. I'll finish her in class tomorrow.
Beautiful lady! Baba Yaga is my favorite personage - the wise old woman of the forest, the lady of animals and plants, full of magic, knowing the mystery of life and death! Your work is wonderful, Janis.
